Karafirin was established in 1996, the project orginally commenced as a bakery in 1905, and growing with time, it aimed and the dreamed of becoming a cozy place where people can spend time together. Successfully acheving this dream, it was able to open 24 stores solely in Istanbul making daily production in its 2000 m2 modern facilities in Ikitelli that consists of more than 300 employees. Karafirin is identified as a pioneer and leader in its sector due to its quality, product variety and many years of expertise.
Karafirin aims to continue creating more places where guests can feel good, valuable, comfortable, eat and drink delicious things and have a memorable day through sharing values and to be a brand that is able to continue to exist by protecting these values in this changing and transforming world.
